Book Reviews

Book reviews are an important part of the ISBE Newsletter. The reviews are designed to give ISBE Members previews of the growing literature in the field of Behavioral Ecology. As not all of us have opportunity to preview these materials before deciding to buy them, or are faced with choosing among several books on a limited budget, we often rely on the critiques, recommendations and comments of our colleagues for our final decision. By publishing these, useful literature can be highlighted and drawn to the attention of the entire readership. It may also allow ISBE members to bypass books that may not be suitable to their needs in favour of those that are.
